What we did
Site migration – project managing and working closely with the development company, we helped to define the project objectives (deciding what KPIs would showcase success and what were critical, i.e. rankings, traffic etc). We then benchmarked the site and this formed our deliverables to which we would be judged. We created a test environment and thoroughly tested rules on URLs, meta data and content in order to ensure 100% compliance when the site launched and no Google downtime/loss of results
PPC – Set up, optimised and managed PPC campaigns spanning the Search Network, Display Network, Product Listing Ads and remarketing. We have continually refined keyphrases and keyword bid management in order to increase conversions, improve quality score and provide greater return for the same client spend.
SEO – we have optimised the site’s pages and given recommendations on content, landing pages, cart drop off analysis (to improve user experience and increase sales) and improved the online visibility of the site
