Proximity dating website, aimed at city professionals, wanted to increase online visibility and dating subscriptions to be London's number 1.

Lovestruck and In Front Digital initially started discussions in order to see how In Front could help to get traffic and exposure from city professionals who wanted to date. The ultimate aim being for them to subscribe to the dating service. Brand awareness was also something that we needed to improve upon. The site was not optimised and had no digital strategy and was not in the top 3 pages on target keyphrases. Couple that with established, global competitors already ranking, it warranted a different way of thinking if we were to corner the London market.

What we achieved

We provided SEO management on an ongoing basis for several years. Our initial technical audit recommendations helped to optimise the website to unlock the site’s ranking potential. This meant an increase in organic page 1 rankings and improvements with usability, as landing pages were tweaked. This helped to reduce the bounce rate and improve conversion rate on the site.

From here we looked at creating an engaging and useful content strategy to inform users of the best places to date and visit in London. This long tail keyword content strategy helped to add incremental traffic to the site as well as drive engaged users to the dating service.

Looking at strategic external sites that we could outreach and partner with, in order to increase exposure for the Lovestruck brand and drive referral traffic and search engine authority was also crucial in our ascent up the SERPs.

We also assisted with the success of the social media advertising and various PR campaigns as well as that of optimising other critical locations that Lovestruck were operating in, including Hong Kong and Singapore.
