Why do I need Social Media Setup?
Optimised profiles succeed
Optimising your social profiles for the search feature within each social channel and for Google Search is imperative to being found by your target audience. Your profiles should clearly explain who you are, what you are offering and where else you can be found. They should also be consistent with your your company branding and have optimised header images for easy recognition by your users.
Setup correctly, 1st time!
Social media setup is often not implemented correctly and important steps are missed, for instance if you incorrectly set up your Facebook page as a personal page, rather than the correct, business type page. This can alienate a large potential demographic and cause problems in the future to correct. So it is important to correctly setup from the outset.
Social Media Setup: The Process
Creating social profiles
After the initial stage of communicating with the client on what social networks they wish to target, we will set up and optimise social profiles on all the agreed channels. Which social networks we create profiles on, will be dependent on each individual client, their social media marketing aims, their business goals and their target audience.
Populating your profiles
Once we have claimed and created your social profiles we will then populate the pages with your business details and link your profiles together so that users have different options of where to engage with you depending on their social preference. This stage will also include the addition of logos, images, tracking code, header images and optimising your profile settings.
We will advise on how you should write your social media profile pages in order to engage with your users who maybe looking for your services. This will involve keyword targeting through the social platforms.
Once your profiles are set up and ready to go, we will provide a relevant report detailing the profiles we have created and your account details. You will then be able to manage these yourself moving forward.
